soma, were still pals, all was forgiven after i started this thread. i dont have a grudge, were family;)
 
man points are not that hard to gain back, and i didnt know we could kick for that? n just warn usually fixes all the problems. :)

Hahaha i like your idea!!! I do miss when the losing team turned into trees and benches, then you would see half a freakin tank sticking out of a corner like hes invisible!

I am glad someone brought that up. Yes peeps do that when they lose the round because they dont want to lose points.

I don't care for it, but I also just shug my shoulders, shake my head and laugh a bit at that. It's the way they want to play the game, no skin off my back.

I like the fact you will kick them, next time maybe they will close their eyes and take their punishment for losing the round.

What about peeps JUMPING off the building, or drowning themself, I would leave them be, I think you still should work for your EASY kill by catching them before they do commit suicide but it's just bad when someone hits /kill or joins spectator and back to game, that I would love to see get kicked off the server.

Also one more thing :) I have been in servers where when a team wins a round, the other team is turned into OBJECTS and the end round last a bit longer for you to find and kill if your lucky. Anyone else play on that sort of server before??

I guess I should have read ALL THE PAGES in this thread lol someone mentions the server with OBJECTS (trees, benches etc.)

Is there a way to get that installed into one of the servers for a test run, or has it been done before and no good??

I believe it's a plugin for sourcemod called Bonus Round Fun and last I heard it was broken by the valve engine update a few months ago. We used to have it on eGO servers and I'm pretty sure they just got rid of it because of the segfaults. Oh wells.
 
Once again Goomba is right, I usually hide or just stand there, but those who jump to spec should be punished. But how, thats the question?

It truely doesn't bother me because its not like it really matters. Its just points. Its not the end of the world. You are gonna loose points and gonna win points.

i see quite a few admins do it, it bothers me, but for the most part im friends with a lot of these people and it becomes sort of just a kid around thing between admins, but, i do agree that it should not be done whoever it is
 
I laugh at those counting points... And even though it doesn't show it, one of the eGO's confirmed that they DO take a 5 point loss for a suicide.

Are you sure it's not YOU that wants his points? *Grins at Gumba.*
 
I had +1 Points on one session yesterday, and I was going about 90 kills 30 deaths.

Getting them points aint easy.
