My DOD:S will not launch!!!

It says the game is currently unavailable, to try again some other time.

ive tryed:

verifying the game cache
Defraging the game files
Reinstalling DOD:S
Reinstalling Steam


i dont know what else to do.
i seems like every once and awhile it will work...

i had the same problem for css. ive deleted all of my steam folders and reinstalled the game and it seemed to work for me. also once u delete and reinstal. turn on a beta. restart. then turn it back off if you dont want it
