This thread would've been useful when I was an e. I didn't know what vent was and my maul verification just never worked...so I never fixed it. Promotions don't mean everything, but it is nice to get them which is kind of why I joined a realism unit.

I know eGO has some medals and such, maybe recognizing some e's who may not be quite ready for promotion, but on the right track would be a good idea. Then again, the 6th has 70 people, you guys have hundreds to keep track off...admin nightmare.
