Problem is... I tried to play it and it says something about me need a to update my UAC or w/e... So I click Install Server, then it just freezes up and crashes, then I tried to delete it so I can reinstall it, but when I try it says "Are you sure you want to delete this program?" I click 'Yes' and then it just freezes and crashes, anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Sorry, seems this post kinda slipped through the cracks.

I would go through steam and right-click and click 'Delete Local Content.'

Do you still have the freezing issue when you try that?

Maybe manually delete it and it should work and then re-install it to Steam.

I did the 'Delete Local Content' and that would crash it as well, I'll try manually deleting it now too.

If attempting to delete local content or uninstall a game out of steam causes a system crash/freeze up, steam has a serious issue and should be re-installed. If you haven't already disabled UAC (User Account Control), I recommend doing so, it's located under Control Panel>User Accounts and Family Safety>User Accounts>Change User Account Control settings.
