Name Change Problem

well guys over these last couple weeks i made a mistake i changed my forum name from ScoutItOut to Cigaro i forgot that you have to have the same name on forum as in game:facewall: so then i requested my name be changed back to ScoutItOut and then it says that it is a name violation or the name has already been taken if anyone could help me out with this i would really appreciate it

I'm not sure why your name change was denied. You'd have to PM the person who denied it. But if you can't have your old name back, this leaves you with two options.

1. Change your in game name to Cigaro.

2. Think of an entirely new and original name and request another forum username change.

thanks tidus but thats the thing, it doesnt even let me request it all it does is say that there was an error proscessig my username change request
