Trivia should be banned

The world should know, of course, that Angeal, amongst many others hates trivia.

However, a) there are many various forms of trivia, so it isn't always the same
b) when you have 20 prisoners, how else do you safely (relatively) eliminate some without moving them? If forced to move them, it'll always be the couch game, or something that eliminates over 75% of them in one go.

Well Angeal is right Trivia should be banned.

Your three reasons are irrelevant, First off all trivia is the same ask a question, people die when picked. Second Cts have guns, Ts have knives i think moving them somewhere and having them do something shouldn't be hard. Three, we said nothing about couch game or anything else. Eliminating 75+ is either not allowed, or VERY highly not condoned.

It doesn't matter with guns vs knives. There are so many T's, and such close quarters that it is hard to stay away when they MUST take the same path, and with one CT down, the entire thing falls apart, usually.

If you have to move them, you have a 1% chance (made up statistic of course) of being successful.

Trivia is fine as is.


This thread is for remembering old times, not complaining about the current. As per this thread, grievances should be brought up with Advisors/DLs, and not be posted.

Nah Nah, eGO_Artic_v2 was the best map, that and Forest_v3. I mean my jumps from the roof into the pool were pretty sick.

Before cts would say "line up in front of the cell block, and on prospekt sometimes the cells would open and the ts would get to the room with the stairs and the MP5s, and I would always run in there and grab a pistol then follow order, then as soon as I got a good shot CTs would die!

There is no rule about 75%, its a gentlemen agreement if you want to agree to it, go for it. If you don't, kill away. And honestly that 1% estimate is only when CTs are not paying attention. If the CTs are paying attention to what they are doing instead of looking at a spray you could probably contain 20 Ts with 5CTs. Then i believe me and Angeal were reminiscing about days when trivia was frowned upon. And i don't think anybody was actually serious about getting trivia banned, its just something we blame for the dullness, monotonous of jail as of recent, compared to about year + ago.

haha I remember the rule that "once the timer hits 0:00 mark, you better run for your life terrorists" (ct's were allowed to kill all t's at 0:00)

what was the name of the first ever jail map? i cant remember. the one that had normal cells on each side of the map and then the two cells at the top of the stairs that would have guns in them; the doors were breakable too.

i'll tell the stories of my ownage, back in the early days of jail, to my young little n00b grandchildren one day...tear :*(

Oh, and thats the point of fully automatic weapons, there is a max of 27 Ts to 13 CTs. There is enough bullets to kill all of the Ts 14 times over without reloading once.

well personally i missed The maps where the t's could plant the bomb which would make all terrorists wanted.
It was one of Zadori's old maps if any of you know him
Also Forest was great back in the day, lots of rebelling as well as arctic jail.
Good old times. Especially in arctic jail grabbing the ak-47 thru the wall in the cell LOL.

I loved the old forest jail map... the one with the high roof and pool just out of jumping distance BUT EVERYONE would try to jump into it anyway yet NO ONE could!! lol so many funny suicides
