Server Lag

The dust2 server keeps getting really bad lag. Every couple minutes it will lock up for 3 or 4 seconds. It's done it a couple times tonight. It seems to be when we get 40+ people in there.
Is there any way to reduce this?

Multiple servers on 1 box and when they are all full of 40 people each, they will start to lag. I dont think there is a way to fix this :/

Oh well. Kinda sucks though. I got killed 3 times in a span of 10 minutes because of lag. I would freeze up and when I wasn't lagging anymore i was being shot at.

 

[Rogue Sniper]

One box with two 44 slots and a 40 slot. All three get full very often and causes stress thus the lag. There is nothing to be done at this time to relieve the amount of stress on the box
