Jail Map Open Beta Test

Hi every one. While you may not know that I am a mapper... I am lol. Anyway I am almost done with my first ever map and I find myself to the point of needing beta testers. If anyone would like to help me out it would be GREATLY appreciated. I have my own server that my map will be hosted at, with the ip address of: 174.37.143.110:27015. I want to do the "official" beta test on thursday November 19th around 3:00pm Eastern Time. (official as in a full jail game) If noone can make that I can bump it back to like 5:30 or so. Once again I am in desperate need of testers so thanks in advanced! Post a reply if you plan on going or may need the time switched. Also talk to Slurp or myself if you have any questions.


The version that i have uploaded to my server only has 2 out of the 3 songs that will be in the final version since the third song pushed it over the 15mb (I think) limit that the server has. As in... it won't let people download maps more than 15 mb. Which kind of sucks. But anyway the map will probably take a little while to download (5 - 10 minutes) so give it a chance. Also if you wan't to check it out before Thursday i'll try to keep the server on my map and that way you won't have to download it on the spot.

Thanks Uh unfortunately the version i uploaded to solidshare is a bit different than the one that was uploaded to the server (i re added the third song) so redownload it if u downloaded it earlier.

Nice work on the map. I do have some comments but I'll wait until I've actually played it with other people. For the final release you should rename the map to jb_blackbird. Ba_jail is the "old-style" prefix and more and more maps now are being released with jb.

BA = Battle Arena JB = JailBreak

Makes more sense to me. Once again nice work so far.

Thanks alot for the comments I hope alot of people can come so we can get a full game going on. Also since i believe that it would fit into more people's schedules better I am opting to changing the beta test time to after my class at about 5:30 Eastern Time. I'm sorry if this changes your ability to come.
