I only use high-res default player skins. Don't really want to use weapon skins as they'll change the overall "feel" of the weapon, if you know what I mean.

I don't see how this would happen unless either a. you use skins with fancy effects/really high resolution textures or b. Valve did something funky with their programming for how things are replaced, but I doubt that. You must have had a bunch of really fancy skins.

sometimes skin makes u shoot better
the position of the gun and the sound
makes a difference
i use skin for AK47
AK47 uses silencer which change the sound and able to focus well

I have skins for all guns, nades, knives, players, gloves/sleeves, defusal kit, bomb. It varies the game a little, and the quality of some skins/animations look VERY cool. Some of them are very large and give me a slight disadvantage over what I can see, however.

Every once in awhile I overwrite all the files with my backed up default Valve, and then I start up again.

Well i just got a usp, glock, SIG, and scout skin. and thats it. I got mine from FPS banana, and i think that's the only place to get skins
