New jail rule added

Trivia in jail has now been limited to ONE QUESTION PER ROUND. This should alleviate most complaints about trivia taking up the whole round in jail. It is upon your shoulders to enforce this rule, especially you, admins.

There is a form of trivia that..I believe only Dan Marino and myself use, called Feel-good trivia. It's just an easy 2+2 question, where you congratulate the winner and they get to feel good about themselves. Does this also count as "all forms of trivia"?

I think this will actually force CTs to play the game it was meant to be played. Other servers require skill to be the warden and control the CTs since they don't allow people to be kept still or do extensive quizzes to break Ts down into a "manageable size".

Props to all involved for finally recognizing this issue. If couch game is also limited in the same manner, or in fact if we prevent people from playing the same games from round to round it would fix everything wrong with jail.
