Hello everyone,

I have been looking at alot of my responses and I have noticed a few things. My posts are longer than everyone elses. Now, I am posting this in tech talk because it is more of a discussion, however it applies to tech talk and tech help.

I am just looking for feedback.

The way I see it, tech talk is for discussions and debates so most often I end up ranting about my opinion and it gets long and i cut it short suddenly. In tech help on the otherhand I could just make quick answers, but I end up often explaining alot of information.

So I ask you a few things. Do you find my posts helpful? Could they be improved upon? Are they too long? I wonder if my responses go into too much detail sometimes, do you want less? I also feel when I read my old posts that I dont format my responces well. What do you think?

Hey monkey, I have found alot of your tech help exactly that! helpful!! I don't feel that your posts are too long! At times I wish that I could type a little more info and less spam! LOL! The problem I have is that I'm not experienced in tech support like you! Keep it up good buddy, and if anybody wants to throw mud, just let it roll right off of you!!

GreenMonkey, keep up the good work. You do put in a lot of words and mix it up with your opinions and that is your style. What is more important is that you have a lot of knowledge about computer hardware and you are willing to share that knowledge with others in the clan.

If you think you should change your format, go ahead. The posts I have read addressed the issues. You are a great resource and enhance the value of being a clan member.

GreenMonkey keep up the long posts! I myself appreciate the long posts and have been able to have some pretty beneficial discussions with you myself.

If only people would get the point of a DISCUSSION forum and make longer posts it would benefit us all lol

I don't mind them. Although some of them are things I do not agree with but thats what an opinion is right? People will always disagree with something you say no matter what. You express your opinions in a great way. You do it in a way our english teachers have always taught us. Give the supporting details and the whole shabang. I think they are fine and you shouldent change one bit.

Am I ever too over the top? I dont always meant to start ranting but some things just get to me faster than others. Do you find me too agressive sometimes?

Are they too long? NO!

Do you want less? No you are here to help us and that is what your doing by explaining something and sometimes something needs to be long to explain one thing.

Man, you just keep up the good work. Your posts are EXTREMELY helpful. I often go onto other threads and learn things I'm doing completely wrong, and fix it and then my computer runs so much better. Keep doing what you're doing. Great job.
