Transparent Spray

I would like to use it as my spray in TF2.

It said I'm missing fonts but it looked ok to me...
The GIF one looks a bit weird...

I need it in a format that Steam can use. It can't use PNG.

Then that leaves me with GIF... problem is it's compressing the file so not all the colors can be used, thus the black border (which is originally the shadow/border around letters).
