Okay, so I've been trying to see which video card is better. Right now I have the nVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB in my computer right now, and I also have the nVIDIA 8800 GTS OC 320 MB. (pretty sure its that MB) Now I know memory can make gaming a whole lot better but with the 512 MB when playing CSS, DoDS etc. I would have everything on high, expect the Antialiasing mode would be at none, and the Filtering mode would be at Trilinear.. While with the 320 MB video card everything would be on high, and the Antialiasing mode would be at 4x MSAA, and the Filtering mode would be at Anisotropic 2X.. Does having those options different really make a difference to the game? Just wondering because I would like to know which video card is better in the long run..
My Specs are:
AMD Athlon (tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
2.20 GHz
2 GB of RAM
Windows XP Home
Thanks!
ps. Would overclocking my system be a good idea? If so how would I (bad idea doing so if not knowing how correct?) I do have nTune but only mess with the video card fan during the summer.
