Dxlevel Question

What is up with the servers lately? They have been kicking me out for using Dxlevel 70. Thats really the only way i can play the game with decent fps. I may have to reinstate a FPS config but my question is why are the servers no longer allowing dxlevel 70?

8.0 i think was illegal for cal so maybe they updated it so you cant have any lower then that. But I'm not sure so i hope someone can come and help

I know under a certin level dx is blocked for exploit reasons. And if you using dx7 you might want to consider upgrading your computer dx7 is really freaking old.

Yeah seriously its up to like..dx11 now i think.

i have the same problem
it was changed in a fight against exploiters
the only option is to geta better graphics card my friend

What? You guys are kidding me right? The ONLY computer that i can play games on i can no longer play on my favorite eGO servers? Well this sucks. Im getting a new laptop soon so maybe i can play on it and if not i guess im just going to have to try and win a desktop in the competitions we have here on ego. And if I cant win one then im pretty much screwed on playing on eGO servers.

BTW: My graphics card is not DXlevel 7 based its higher than that i just put css to run in dx 7 so i can get a good balance of graphics and performance.
