I suck so hard I never get accused of cheating... at least in shooters. I was accused of being Cheaty McCheatpants the Cheating farmer of cheats (That's the actual term the accuser used.. Dead serious >_> ) only once in a shooter, it was in Tron 2.0 (I miss that game
Where's 3.0 Monolith? For that matter where's NOLF 3?) and I got accused of that because I had a 30 to 1 kill ratio and 25 of those kills were in a single life, really, the only reason is because I actually made use of the fact that throwing the disc at the floor makes the floor vanish while the others were just tossing discs and hoping they could hit the player, and all I had to do was jump diagonally and then block or throw a disc into their floor so they'd fall down. They must've never seen (Or played for that matter) Tron because they thought I was hacking the floors.
I do get blamed of cheating in StarCraft a lot though, which surprises me because I can get stomped pretty easily as I'm very slow, but once I do get production up I can fend off almost any attack and still have enough forces to make an attack. If I'm fighting against someone new (Or just not very good) I get blamed of cheating for one of two reasons 1. They destroy all the buildings in my primary base and don't realize I made at least 2 others hidden in the map and say I had cheats that prevented him from winning or 2. They wonder why the marines in their bunker aren't shooting at my aircraft and didn't build any air turrets so they get mad.
If they're a little more skilled, I get blamed of cheating whenever I beat them because of my aforementioned slowness and they're like "WTF YOUR A NEBW HOW YU BEET ME :angry:"
I really hate admitting this, but there WAS one time when I was a bit younger that someone blamed me of cheating.... and I was. It was in the original Diablo, I had a cheat tool, and believe it or not I mostly used it for fairly benign purposes (I usually just used it to copy characters and then convert them to SP characters to experiment with the other classes and rare items; I never used them in MP though) but one time I was pissed at a guy for taking all the gold, all the potions, all the items after beating a boss and so I used the cheater tool to not only steal some items from his inventory and then delete them, but to also reduce his character to level 0 which makes it impossible for him to ever level up again. I kinda feel bad, now, seeing as I'm a bit more mature (I was only 5 yrs old) and because I really
really hate cheating. I think Cheating takes all the fun out of it, unless they are fun cheats, and I don't like cheating at all in multiplayer save for the *rare* occasion when people make cheat servers just to have fun screwing around.
