Problem with CSS online!

Everytime I try to join a server for Counter-Strike Source it say "Disconnect: Error Verifying UserID Ticket". What the heck does this mean!! I need help quick please! I wanna play eGO jailbreak server!

Verify and defrag css files. Try reinstaling steam or reinstalling css.

go in your steam folder and delete your "clientregistry.blob" and restart steam

also, logging off and then logging back on to restart steam should fix the problem most of the time. otherwise, follow the instructions listed above in the steam forums.
