Recruit one person a day.

Alright,

Lets make it our goal to for each of us to recruit one person a day!

It's easy. If you play for say 1hr. Spend 15 minutes trying to recruit.

So you are only spending 1/4 of your playing time adding a new member too our ranks.

If we get one person a day for a month that's 30 people!

Now if we have lets say 10 people do this. (one person a day!)

That's 300 new members! That's only if ten people do it!

That's enough to fill our severs 3 times over.

We are planing to get a steam group launched and like DOD:S as well. also wearing the {R} tag when we are actively recruiting.
For example,
Recruiting drives or you just want to recruit!

Lets get out there and start recruiting!

And make it our personal Goal to recruit one person a day!

I AM IN. but theres also some road blocks i have encounterd when recruiting

the persons language- One guy I tried to recruit had a WICKED HARD TIME he posted an app that didnt have the form.

the persons past history- I tryed to recruit some guy once and i looked at his chat log. not too good

theyre other clans- one guy was in one of those clans that has a tag like 24th airborne div1 corproal or something like that. He wasnt allowed to take tag off

IF you want I am happy to do "background checks" while you recruit them.

Would be awesome if we all did good and get 100 people to join in a month that would be epic maybe then we will have more than 4 people in vent on average lol!

I'm going to try and get some European,Asian and south American's to join so we can be more diversified because then once they stick around and move up to being eG's and so forth they will attract more players from those regions as well. Plus the no admin time zone will be gone because I say around 3am est- 11am est there are no admins to be found anywhere but that's what time the Asian and south Americans play I might be wrong....

in general i try to focus on european's/asian's/african's/australian's. south american's play in same timezone as north american's the positive side of aiming for those players is that you can recruit more globally wich will provide us in the future of more admins in different timezone's, and how more admins we have in different timezones, the longer we can keep our servers up. the ultimate goal should be to have a small amount of servers that run 24 houres a day by having admins around from all around the world. offcourse i have to be honest its harder to recruit people from those regions because were still north american based, but we do have a small amount of europeans currently in our division, including myself, so it would be wise if we could expand of that to a more globally division.
if this works out we could do the same in other divisions and be the number one gaming community in all parts of the world and not only in north america.
