alright i wanted 2 extract some 2 my desktop files that i need 4 skins. But it keeps asking asking me 4 a password and keeps saying something like it needs a password because its an encrypted file or something. How do i fix it

How about you try Izarc... teh best extraction program I know. Its free... easy to use... extracts a whole lot of different kinds of compressios... and has full Vista compatibility.

Cause I dunno if anyone would encrypt a .zip file or .bz2. Especially if its for skins >.>

maybe the file is passworded? To extract some files on winrar people can password the .rar files. search for a password on the place you downloaded it from

changing programs will shoudl not help. the reason it is asking for a password is because -well - it needs ones. When somebody zips a package they have the options to put a password with it so that only authorized people can unzip it. You either dont have permission to unzip or forgot to read the website for the password when you got the file.
