hmm it depends, i am currently downloading the full game, because i prepurchased the limeted edition, but i have to admit that the beta failed. so i can't really give an honest opion currently about the game until if played the full game, but if it looks like the beta version then it aint worth the money. the cod modern warfare 2 is better then the bc2beta, but hey maybe the fullgame of bc2 is better. i'll let you know.

I thought the beta was extremely fun, and am loving every minute of the full thing so far, and don't like CoD:MW2 but everyone has their own cup of tea I guess.

So what is the game about?

Pretty much Russians and Americans are fighting, there is an awesome destructible environment, and Tanks, and Helicopters (MAH HELICOPTER), and you are fighting each other.

As far as the story goes, The Japanese made some super weapon that was more powerful than a nuke, but it blew up so they couldn't use it on us, now the Russians have found out how to make it and are making it... or something, the story really isn't told well as I have no idea really whats happening so far in it (and from what i've heard I'm over halfway through :glare, and the multiplayer is deffinitely the best part of it (and is extremely fun).

personally i found beta to be trash but what beta isn't except insurgency!
but yea anyway the game is worth $50 it has everything you ever wanted to be in a fps game with the exception of being able to go prone which is so not needed in this game because of all the adequate cover. the game rocks well work the money make sure your pc can handle it first though so your not disappointed!
