Tags?

Do admins go ahead and put there eG or eGO in? Or do we need to wait until the admin system gets setup for everyone.

For us e's out there do we just put in the =(e)= for the clan tag?

Right just the tag not the TM. You cannot put the TM symbol up because punkbuster doesnt allow it. There is actually a space for your clan tag when you login or first sign up.

Yeah, don't put it in your actual name, there is a spot for a clan tag

Do they have the admin (on the eGO servers) worked out enough for me to put my eG tag on when I first connect? Or should I wait for them to upload the admin plug in? (if they havnt already.)

you can wear your tags, but i believe there still working on getting the admin program setup still but not sure, so sit tight

Admin for Punkbuster is a pain from what I remember from Battlefield Vietnam and 2142 days..... I had to Alt+Tab outta game then find the guy on the list and kick from the program running. Hopefully these days its a little easier! Can't wait to play with all you guys! See ya on the Killing grounds!

Yea, admin has not been sorted out yet. Just play the game, have fun and the leaders will get it done sooner or later

We shouldn't have to alt+tab out, because EA or DICE or whoever is releasing Admin tools with it where you can type stuff like @kick FRED into it to kick fred and stuff like that. Its still buggy though, for one thing the only way to unban a player is to unban everyone who is banned , although they said they'd be releasing updates for that. That is the admin system we have installed currently on our servers as far as I know, although I don't know if leadership might decide to use a different one, or make our own, or something like that, we shall see.

with EA (from what i remember from 2142) it's !k(kick), !s(say), !w(warn). then after that type in what you want in say, for warn and kick type player name and reason... hopefully it's the same way. oh and one other thing every admins favorite weapon.. the ban hammer for that it was !b(ban) ohhh i loved using that against hackers...
