I get like 20-40 so, that's pretty good. I hear that after 100 you can't really see any difference, so yeah.

As said before, anything over 60 FPS constant is good enough. (some even think 40 is smooth, others want 100 /shrug) That CFG is for people that get like 10-20 FPS. Which means a really old computer as source is pretty old in todays computer world.
