If your in photoshop I think you use the shift key while stretching pics to keep them from looking to stretched out and pixalted

I have not used photoshop in a while and I did most of my work on a mac so someone please correct me if its not the shift key. But yet it will help you out a lot man

Yep, hold shift while you do almost anything and it will do it at 90* angle / keep things proportional.

Aspect Ratio !!!
Keep the ratios when re-sizing.
