Now i agree with the others are saying, but i must say not everyone CAN sleep that much. I myself am a diagnosed insomniac, so i will be playing CoD or CS:S until 5 in the morning, then shower and do my daily routine, shut my PC down and drive to school. One day a week i will crash and pass out for 12 hours from it, but i just can not sleep normally.
Now as to your problem. As said before resetting your router is your best bet. Then if you change the password to something they can guess, it will make life much easier for you. Change it to Administrator or Password. Then play through the night, if they catch you say you never noticed the time or what not and when they finally guess the router password you should be off the hook.
As others have said so will i, i do not endorse nor do i urge you to break your parents rules of the household. They are in charge until you move out and you should abide by them. Maybe try to get them to relax a little bit extending the times allowed to play, when not allowed on the internet take the time to study your schoolwork or learn something knew. Maybe go workout like i do when CS:S gets boring after playing 3 days straight, just remember computer doesn't have to be your life.
