weapon skins

ok i got 2 cool weapon skins but i cant see them i think i put them in the wrong file not sure though.... i put them in this one D:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\MYNAMEHERE\day of defeat source\dod what am i doing wrong?????

you are probably going to have to go deeper than that. more like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\steamname\day of defeat source\dod\materials\models\weapons.

post the link where you got them and I'll try to tell you exactly where.

ok Open up this folder first.

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yousteamid\day of defeat source\dod\materials\models\weapons\v_models

and paste the folder k98 from the download folder into there and it should work. If there isn't a v_models folder yet just copy and past the v_models folder from the download into C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yousteamid\day of defeat source\dod\materials\models\weapons
