My personal favorite war movie is To En All Wars featuring Keifer Sutherland. The best war movie of all time hands down Schindler's List. The most underrated war movie is Tae Guk Gi: The Brotherhood of War.

[LiL*Star*Play3r]

My favorite film is We Were Soldiers, then Saving Private Ryan, and then Patriot

[Grimm911]

i dont know if this is would count towards that list, but U-571 was a good movie.

There are better war films out there.

Watch Paths of Glory...and be amazed.

yep liked paths of glory, red badge of courage, To Hell and Back: the story of Audie Murphy, Battle of algiers

and some comedies in there too: Operation Petticoat

Der untergang or Downfall (Known to many) is very good WW2 movie.

Blackhawk Down
We Were Soldiers
I still agree with Patriot being on there
Saints and Soldiers
and Band Of Brothers (not a movie but is long enough to)

I really haven't seen many war movies, but I recently saw We Were Soldiers with Mel Gibson, and I was blown away. It was great.

[VizierKane]

I have to watch some of those movies.
