well im sure valve made sure the weapons made by the community wouldn't throw the games core dynamic out of wack or at the least they modified it to make it more balanced

Community made models, suggested how they worked. Valve picked the end result of the stats, but used the community model.

New hats are awesome, don't see how it's stupid. It's not a "real" update, more like a mini update. Just incorporating the community weapons which didn't take much effort. They are focusing all their effort on the engi update.

Can't really complain about an update that just adds new content.

I dont like tf2 as much as i used to.

I mean, hats are just ridiculous and some of the weapons they are just making are pathetic. I used to look forward to working on my achievements and earning my weapons.

I mean, i loved tf2 over a year ago, but now, its just doesnt appeal to me as it used to.

Same here, I used to love TF2 when we used to have only the old weapons. Now, with everything it's a bit overwhelming...

I like how they are trying to incorporate community design, with custom maps and custom items, It makes for some very creative ideas!
