Remember Defrag weekly

Weekly...? That's a bit of overkill no? I mean, monthly sure that can be justified, but weekly would mean you would have to be on that pc 24/7 to start fragmenting stuff, or installing / uninstalling a ton of stuff O.o

Might as well, when you have 10 million files or something

Actually, Vista's and Win7's own defragging utilities barely slow your computer down when they start defragging your harddrives. I've had it on a weekly schedule for nearly 2 years now and I dont think I've ever actually noticed it do anything unless I go check it and see it has done it.

Depends on how much files you got on your computer.
And weekly is indeed a bit exagerated, montly is fine.

Look at JKDefrag here...http://www.kessels.com/Jkdefrag/
I use the earlier version rather that the latest. It comes with a screen saver so that when you are away from your pc, the screensaver will kick off the defrag...great utility...
