Error in new update

With the new update, I've been having an error that says:

Failed to move the file:
E:/Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield Bad Company 2\tempPatch\patched\BFBC2Game.exe

To

E:/Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield Bad Company 2\\BFBC2Game.exe

If you have any files open, please close them and retry.

I obviously have tried to do it with no other files open, and I don't know any ways to fix this, any help?

I have noticed with the new update when you close the game it is still running in the background for some reason. Do Ctrl-alt-delete and end all the Bad Company Processes, then run the updater again and It should work.
