Don't have an Nvidia card at present time, running an HD4850X2. When I first got the game things seemed fine the first few times I played,, but then I started getting BSOD'd, game would lock and a split second later there was a blue screen. I tried all sorts of settings changes and nothing really helped me. I read the thread by Duality about settings changes and tried a few and while it seemed to help me play a little longer, it really didn't help cause I was still crashing ALOT (couldn't play a few times, would load up server browser and it would crash me).
Then I found the BFBC2 Launcher that I linked in the thread with Duality's tweaks. I tried using DX9, tried lowering graphics settings thru the settings file but nothing seemed to help. I couldn't find the settings for AA or AF in game so I tried shutting it off on my card(but according to Duality's previous post this wouldn't help since the game is borked with AA and AF in DX9). What seemed to work for me was changing the AA and AF in the bfbc2launcher program I linked in said previous thread. I turned them both down to 1x in game and then put my video card settings back to where I usually run them. Didn't crash(that I can remember) and the next day bumped it back to DX10 and have been playing ever since and haven't crashed again.(crosses fingers).
tl:dr Download the bc2launcher that allows you to adjust your settings and thru it adjust your in game AA and AF to lowest settings(1X) and see if it helps. It cant hurt and might actually fix your crashes.
I will see if I can post a pic of the launcher so everyone can see what can easily be adjusted.
edit: Setting you see in the attached pic are what I use and havent had problems since I set them.
