Need Help with graphic''s

Well, im having big troubles with my graphics i tried looking at dualty's page, and it did help a little, but my graphic's are still really bad and im extremly laggy so i cannot really do anything,
Please help

Yeah, with those specs alone, I would say you would need everything on low with low res.
