Nah.. I the multiplayer can be suckish and I usually play a game for its story line rather than the intense run around in circles combat on multiplayer... All I can say to that is... learn to use cover?

The download issue for most of you guys is not MW2's fault. Its steams. When i downloaded the game from the CD it worked perfectly and in about 40 mins.

The issue you are experiencing is due to a bunch of people trying to DL the same exact file at once.

Hard copies have priority over digital copies, hence the timeouts and what not.

After 7 tries, I was finally able to download it.

12 gb just to play the multiplayer is ridiculous. This seems like the entire game, including single player. Why should we have to download the the single player when we can't play it?

Oh well, I'm about a quarter of the way done. Let's see if this game lives up to the ridiculous hype.

From my first impression, this game is pretty cool. However, the lack of dedicated servers completely kills it. There are also a lost of people using grenade launchers on guns, which is extremely annoying.

I downloaded it and it was great - played all weekend. But I must say, I'm not paying almost $60.00 for this game or any game. I can get this off ebay for less than $20 bucks. So, I wouldn't advise buying off of Steam unless they have a some special discount at some point.
