Well those who never had to dload Steam decided to use Xfire instead I suppose.

My friend dloaded Xfire for me (yea I let me laptop sit alone for 5 minutes and I almost have an account ready LOL) so thats how I started using it.

Also Xfire is a little lighter to your computer, altho neither of these applications are heavy anyways so lol.

It works with xfire, steam, ps3 and games for windows live. Gathers your time played and achievements, if u have a Gamespot account they go directly to your profile. Its pretty cool.

It's pretty useful, i started using it before i knew about Steam , also you can record videos, take screenshots and more, also it downloads the latests patches for any of your games (of course, if Xfire supports the game).
