Story: Vampires ask Blade, the Vampire killer, to help them kill double Vampires.

Review: This is somewhat of an important movie, it's the first time Guillermo del Toro was given a big budget block buster. Sure he had Mimic before this one, but Blade II showed that he could take on a studio film with this big of a budget. It also set the stage for him to take the Hellboy franchise. This film is about as good as the first one. The action is fun and the plot is convoluted thanks in part to Goyer's script...I still can't believe this guy wrote The Dark Night. If you're a fan of the first Blade film, then you should enjoy this one.

for the sake of all of us who enjoy your reviews of movies (both great & beyond horrid), please dont review the trinity version. it was by far the worst of the series. i even read where they were thinkin bout creating a 4th blade movie. i still cringe at the thought of if it came to fruition.

Yeah, I've seen it. It's more or less the same quality of Extinction except less Mad Max inspired and more Matrix inspired.

I have to review it man. I've seen it and as stipulated in the threads title, I have to review it.

Story: A group of army guys and scientists go to a research facility on Mars to investigate a group of mis...it's freaking Event Horizon. Or Aliens, doesn't matter because it ain't Doom.

Review: Here is a film where a group of investors wanted to see a good Video Game adaptation. Their mistake was in adapting Doom, seriously are people just that stupid. I'm not kidding either, here's what I found on Wikipedia:

The film's producer, John Wells, admitted in an interview that "many" video game movie adaptations had "sucked." He revealed that the crew was able to get "a lot of financial support from Universal" and that it wasn't "done on the cheap." Wells also revealed that the Doom movie would have a sequence shot in a first-person perspective because "Doom without that would be a miscarriage of justice!"

They actually thought they were going to create a quality movie. I have to admit though that the first person thing was pretty cool idea...but was terribly implemented and looked really cheesy...like just about everything else in this film.

I totally agree & thats why the Master Pancake Theatre guys (Mystery Science Theatre version but Texas based) ripped it really good.

Director: Steven Spielberg

Story: The film is about sexual encounters with burn victims...and by sexual I mean scientific and by burn victim I mean aliens. I know they're basically the same...right?

Review: This has to be my favorite Spielberg film, I can't think of a better one....yes, Saving Private Ryan included. It's a film that has a perfect set up and the story allows it to unfold perfectly. The cinematography is pitch perfect and allows for some of the most iconic imagery ever filmed. There are some great performances all around, especially from Fran?ois Truffaut.

Story: A set of forcibly removed human teeth are found on a sliver platter on a frozen lake. The words "come and see" written on four trees around the teeth.

Review: The first thing that struck me about this movie was the production company, Platinum Dunes. When it popped up on screen I knew that I had heard of it, but I couldn't remember whose company it was. I didn't have to wait long to find out though, the title and first name in the credits was Executive Producer...Micheal Bay. I frankly almost shut off the film right there. But I didn't I had to press on, which was a mistake.

You see I have a soft spot for Serial Killer movies where the killer has crazy religious motives...well basically what I'm trying to say is that I liked the movie Se7en a lot. So I put on this film and to my surprise I didn't suck that bad. The first...I'd say three fourths of the film isn't that bad, it's not spectacular, but it doesn't do anything god awful. This all changes though at the end, where the lapses of character logic and plot holes begin to compound into an ending that nearly made me throw the remote control through the TV set. If it wasn't for the terrible ending, then I'd probably give it a six or so, but with that ending I can't recommend this film.

Review: Pretty much the best war movies that I've ever seen, if not one of the best films I've ever seen. That's all I really need to say about this one, there is no fault in this film.

Haven't seen it. The thought of sitting thought another Robin Hood movie was just to much for me.

I think its worth the look, the story seems more different its more of a different story kind of. But its like the beginning of "Robin Hood" kind of. Its worth a look :)
