Joining Servers

I've been playing on your Servers for a while now, and brother just got Tf2 and wanted to play on the same server I was on. Every time he tries to join I get disconnected and Vice versa. We both go through the same router, so that is probably the problem(?).

Anyone know how to fix it so we both can play on the server at the same time?

P.S. I was told to post this here, because:

more people with knowledge like this would be floating around those parts and since its a steam game it would probably happen in all steam games rather than just tf2

What's the error you get? The server may only allow one IP.

One of you guys need to set your clientport number. Go to TF2 > Properties > Launch options and type +clientport 27032.

Me and my wife play TF2 together all the time without having to do any changes.
If you modify your client port, please make sure you allow communications on that port.

Might just be the server.
