Logitech Headset help

Hey guys I got the new Logitech g330 headset a few weeks ago and it worked awesomeley until 3 days ago. Steam and Source Games couldn't pick up the mic even though it still works. Can someone please help me if you have the same Headset as me?

Have you tried messing with STEAM's independent mic settings? Including the "Check for updated software" mic thing option thing, thing ting.

Are you running the 3mm ports directly or through USB?

Alright guys I fixed, it looks like the USB port was broken/dead. no more probs
