My Vent has been looking like this for awhile , and once in a while it goes on , then crashes again. How would i fix this ? Also it would always lag, & would get things people say a few mins later.

Also, i noticed that i have bad wireless internet connection, but since i have my router plug in , i don't have lag, but how would i fix my wireless internet connection so i do not have to keep having to plug in my laptop?

Hm..I lag quite alot on Vent too, usually my ping hits remarkable numbers like 1450. Reconnecting again would be a good solution but if not just wait a minute or so.
I'm not too bright on these tech stuff so you should probably ask someone smarter than me. But yeah...

p.s. For quicker, personalized support, catch me on Vent like always! <3

lol?

You could try setting the process priority higher to attempt to combat the lag.

Setup >> Misc >> Process priority: high

However, if your connection sucks this won't help that much.

As for the ping issue, do a trace route to the vent server.

windows key+r >> type cmd >> type tracert iphere.

It could be the vent server or a hop in between.

I know when i start up vent while my computer is booting that is slows up and sometimes crashes. The way i combat this is setting Vent to auto run on a delay instead of starting up right away.

It happens sometimes, when i boot my computer, it works fine. Sometimes, my vent starts to time out, so after that, it does the same problem, i try even to disconnect & reconnect but it still looks like the picture Above.

It's your connection timing out to the server, eGO ventrilo is filled with users. Your best bet would be to try and boost your connection. You could try moving your wireless closer to your laptop to boost the signal.

Also, how old is your wireless box?

Any thought on this problem. I connect to vent but if I try to chat or key my mic vent message at top reads vent not responding. Then if I wait sometime it might reconnect if not close it then reopen vent crash close reopen crash well you see what I'm up against.I tried to reinstall vent but still same problem. The computer is a Dell studio xps

Ventrilo uses like, 8mb of RAM and maybe 5% CPU at max

Maybe try opening up the port?
