dust2 suggestion

Ok its no secret that the dust2 server lags. We are also not going to get another server. However, the server only lags with 36 or so + people in. Why not cap the server at 34-36? Its not like its more fun to play with 44 since it lags pretty badly at that time. 34-36 people would be a perfect cap. alot of people and no lag.
