Hella Edge Gamers.. I Have Been Permenatly Banned Off One Of Ur Servers. For "Racism". And I Was Not Intentionally Being Racist, It Was Some Young Kid "ADMIN". And He Gave Me No Warning.. I Know It Was My Fault For Not Reading The Rules And I Should've But I Really Enjoy Playing On Ur Guyses Servers.. I Already Contested It, But Was No Unbanned. The Reason I Was Banned Because I Was Singing A Song And It Said "Ni**a" So The Kid Banned Me. If You Guys Could Please Unbann Me I Would Really Appreciate It And You Will Have No Problems Out Of Me. I Contested Already Once On It But I Am Guessing Someone Thought I Wasnt Sorry Enough Or Something.. If You Guys Would Be So Kind To Unbann Me I Would Sure Appreciate It.. I Miss Your Clans Server. Ok Marv all you can do is contest it and maybe you will get unban but just remember this

"No one wants to hear Marv singing in the server while their trying to play a video game"
You have to push your mic button to sing in the server so you already made your mind up that yea I'm going to disturb other people while they play the game.

What I'm trying to say here Marv is you where 9 times out of 10 you where already causing problems on the mic and using the "N" word was just icing on the cake to kick you.

We don't give people warnings for being racist in our server.
I guess you weren't using the "N" word in a derogatory way so.....

Oh yea just please don't sing when people are trying to kill!

Such a shame to see this kind of problems, but even though if contest was determined I guess there is nothing else to do around it.

Words such as that are not welcomed in any circumstances.

Like said above, racism is not tolerated in eGO. You were signing a song and obviously you could notice that they are disrupted by that... you should have thought about it at the time of the ban.

=(eGO)= policy states that admins are not required to warn for racist remarks. In fact, I would have held it against the admin if he had. Your singing, which most would consider mic spamming, only contributes to your rap sheet in a negative way. This isn't American Idol, and if it were, you should consider finding a different song.

Also, taking into account your posting of this thread, you have heightened your disruptive, and inappropriate behaviors above and beyond that of our average banned player. Please keep discussions regarding your bans in the appropriate forum sections. Such as the contest ban section. Which you are obviously aware of because you state that you have all ready contested your ban.

Furthermore, pleading your case, and then blaming it on "some young kid 'admin," does not prompt us to loosen the noose of a ban around your neck. His/her age is irrelevant. If a 13 year old admin can correct the behavior of an older player, it really shows the maturity level of such a player.

As interesting as this thread may be, I would request it be locked. this is really not the appropriate place to be dealing with a ban. If lil marv wants to contest this, he has every right to do so in the appropriate place.

FWIW I could not find an exist ban contest for this issue to begin with.
