haha yeah its been deleted, I know there has to be a way to restore it, I just had no luck with it so I'm asking you guys

most things arent dystroyed right away after being delete but after a lot of drive use it is possible that the sector that the file was in got used for something else makeing it impossible to get it back.

There are specific programs to recover deleted files.
Most of the professionally used ones, you have to pay for.
In some cases, files are never erased "permanently", that is being destroyed with no recovery.
Ever wonder how the FBI recovers child <censored> after the person deletes it?
However, I do have a program for you.
Unfortunately, I can not discuss the method to obtain it here.
