Alright, There has been a trend that has been going on lately in the forums....

Lately, a LOT of members have been making threads telling us that they are leaving the clan. We do not need a new thread each time someone leaves. This just clogs up the forums and is as bad as spam. If you are going to be leaving do it. If you have admin, send pm's to your house leader or a council member if you are a FA. We just dont need this many repeat threads, and honestly, a lot of people dont care.

I think clan departures can be kept to the PM level in lieu of spamming the forums. Though, we do care.

IM agree whit you! but, maybe they want to say goodbye and inform the community that they leave of one klan or server. Always happens, its normal for someone who has been playing for a while is dismissed .....

I do not see the drama of the case. Its the more human and natural, that the people do it
In most cases, serious Sad they were without giving at least thank all not you think?.

if they just wanna say goodbye they could do it in an existing goodbye thread --- there are many which topic title just says "leaving..", without any personalization.
imo that would be the right place to say goodbye instead of spamming our general forum with your own goodbye thread.

I also think that there should be a single thread in each house just for people signing up. It would make things alot easer than to have each of them make there own thread. I know it would have helped me out.

Off topic but the Houses have their own forums because of the amount of members joining, it would be ineffiecent to have a single thread.

i think you guys are too worried aobut the spam on the forums and all i have to say is you worry too much about too many things.

leaving it to pms isnt really the best way. then people ask where did so and so go. and then someone who got the pm is like oh he left like 3 years ago and then that person is like wtf why didnt anyone tell me

having a generalized leaving the clan thread is ok but its not personallized

something along the general lines of that could be used in a general thread. BUT most people would want everyone to know and making a new thread is the easiest way to spread the news.

Council can review this suggestion.... how about having a "Goodbye" forum area?

A person who is leaving posts once and if anyone wants to reply, they can PM the person. A council member or designated individual could lock the thread after the person has posted the goodbye.

Not only would it save space, but it could cut the drama (if it is involved).

we should have a forum for good bye or none at all and it can be PM and if some one wants to know where they went they can PM council or that member
