Realistic War Game?

Hello,

I was looking for a realistic war game so I downloaded American's Army 3, but I dont like it. I think INS is way more realistic, what do you guys think? AA3 or INS?

Or do you guys know another realistic war game? (dont let the graphics suck too much)

Haven't played a lot of either those two, but Red Orchestra is supposed to be one of the most realistic games out there, though I didn't really like it when I tried it, I just prefer DOD:S with it's more arcade-like gameplay.

Red Orchestra is pretty sweet. You should give it a try.. and on that topic so should I, haven't played it in ages.

I can't talk about Red..

But I do like Insurgency. It is a very hard game to be particularly good at. Of course there are glitches... but all in all....

Arma 2 is supposed to be a fairly realistic game , havent played it but thats what i've heard. I do like INS it is more realistic and tactical than most games

another game i just remembered is Battlefield 2roject Reality, that pretty much speaks for itself, check it out, havent played it in awhile but realistic too

Well, i think INS. is way realistic, but Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising isnt a war game, it is a battlefield simulator ( a war SIM), i have it on STEAM, and it is way more realistic than INS, and even hard.

Arma II is a military simulator so its very realistic. Although if you're looking for mainly online play, I wouldnt recomend it, most of the servers are unstable and its hard to find a good game.

Red Orchestra is like a simulator, you have to know where to hit the tanks with anti tank weapons etc.

Think more "fictional eastern European country" for ARMA 2. Though the expansion, Operation Arrowhead, takes place in a Middle East type local.

The AA series has never been all that fun. Personally Ins or Red Orchestra are the preferable realistic war games.

I'm more focused on ww2 games, so I think World at War tactical servers are awesome. No run and gun.

Project Reality is insanely realistic, I would definitely recommend that. Although you do need Battlefield 2.
