Mac servers too busy?

I've been trying to download TF2 since launch on Mac. I've changed to every server in my region, and tried at all hours of the day (literally). I still cannot download it no matter what. I meet the requirements, and exceed them a bit. I am able to download other games, such as Civ Collection, and Madballs.

Anyone else having this problem, or know a solution?

I've looked through other forums, checked around, looked at Steam Help, put in a ticket... nothing. They all just say to change my location. And that does not work. I figured maybe some other TF2 addicts would have an answer or a direction to point me in.

Well color me corrected (blue team?)

As soon as I posted this and tried about 8 more times to download, it started. I guess Steam just wanted me to publicly announce my irritation.

So on that note... anyone else not get the earbuds due to download issues?

go into your steam folder and delete the file clientregistry.blob

That should fix it, I can't give you an exact location for it though as I do not own a mac. Oh, and that is how I would fix the same problem on a PC.
