Strand Problems

Hey guys, just curious, does anybody have a problem joining our strand server. Whenever i connect it says all that downloading stuff etc, but then at one downloading point it says: Downloading/sound/bandage/bandage or something and my computer just freezes at that. what do i do???

does the "whole" computer froze or only the game? For me it takes about 1-2 min for it to load. and then it will freeze for a while
