The thing with the Xbox version of TF2 is, to update it to the PC versions current state would be impossible, the Xbox doesn't actually have enough memory to be able to run it. Kind of funny

. They would have to use lower quality models or not include all the maps or something
xbox can handle tf2, its easy!
Valve puts tf2 on retail, not orange box but just tf2, they pretty much include the game, and updates to the game including game fixes, weapon updates (not NEW weapons, but weapon updates.)
Then Valve releases hat/weapon "Packs" (pretty much game addons, you may pay 5 dollars for it. valve wanted to make them free before but microsoft makes them put a price on it.) including a collection of weapons and hats, IE: the pyro pack. which would include 3 pyro hats and the pyro weapons. when there is an update for new pyro weapons, anyone owning the pyro game add on gets the new weapons. as for maps there are 3 choices, valve includes the official added maps added when the same class update came out, like when you buy the pyro pack, cp_fastlane and ctf_turbine are included, or valve can release map packs, a collection of 5 or so maps that were added during the class updates, OR you could have the option of buying specific maps and only 1, so if you wanted to just play on turbine, you could buy that map and only that map.
also instead of new weapons being added if you purchase a specific update, there could be community weapon pack #1: description shows the weapons names and what they do.
Also to keep players playing tf2 on the xbox, whenever a new major update comes out (IE: the polycount update)instead of making everyone who already owns tf2 buy another thing, valve would send out redeem codes making everyone who owns it on the xbox be able to get the polycount pack for free. (For the weapon/hat packs, you dont automatically get them. same as tf2 for pc you can get the CHANCE to get them, but buying a class pack includes the same classes achievements, as well as the milestones.)
there is my step by step way to get tf2 on xbox. and ALSO there are larger games for pc that work fine on the xbox too.
also if this ever happens i may stop playing tf2 on the pc for good.
