but relstically speaking, if the CWP law is the same in most states you must be 7feet from the person to use deadly force.. am i right? i forget, im not elligible to have a concealed carry permit ^^

So even if you owned a desert eagle thats legal and registered you'd have to be in that 5ft range distance ... now if its not on papers yea different story

Im not too sure what the laws are as I am only 17 right now. I always thought that if someone was trespassing in your house or breaking in, once they are in your supposed to give a verbal warning that you have a gun and will open fire on them. If they continue, you were free to fire, but only to injure not kill.
