If we survive through that then humans will die when the sun goes to a red giant while it's dieing. Unless of course humans perfect space travel and interplanetary colonisation.

it will be interesting to see if the mayan calander is right. If so the end of the world will be 2012. Either way the poles are slowly shifting again. Our core is slowling down, this is causing our electromagnetic field to weaken(which is the only thing that keeps us protected from solar flares). So in about 100 years true north will be south and vice versa. During this time of magnetic change there will be a time when we will actually have around 20 some different magnetic poles, until they come together again. Either way if we are still around in 100 years, skin cancer will probably be the number one killer, due to solar flares. Basically the same thing that happened to Mars is happening to our planet. Mars's electromagnetic field dissappeared, causing solar flares to blow the whole atmosphere into space. Thankful due to all the pollution we have pumped into our atmosphere, we might not have to wait much longer for this to happen. HOORAY FOR THE WONDERS OF TECHNOLOGY!!
