Steam friends doesn't work?

When I try clicking my friends list to see who's online it never pops the window out. So it's pretty annoying just to find out who's online...

how are you trying to open it? go to the tray icon, right click, friends,left click

I click on the bottom right "View friends" But it doesn't work. Sometimes it'll work but most of the time now it just doesn't do anything.

Make sure everything else that is open is minimized. Sometimes mine doesn't open and than I realize that it opened behind everything.

Steam can be the only thing opened and it will still not open it.

Right clicking and left clicking "view friends" didn't work either.

 

[Stealth]

happens to me sometimes... but it fix after i restart steam.. so i dont know if its the same thing
