Lag - server or player?

I Lag when i press on the TAB to see the scoreboard and i lag if theres 44 players on dust_2 but thats my connection i think but i can play and kill people its around 160-195 ping but i its always going from 170-200 when a new round starting in 10 secs and it goes down again

Only lag sometimes but I dont think its the server's fault.

the distance and not so fast connection causes lag to me

maybe the update rate etc to i think
choke jumps between 0 and 40

i've been havin that problem too pbj, but i dont think its the server, but it's more than likely fps lag like ive been having.
