Do you throw on some face paint and a gillie suit hiding in the back picking off infantry? Do you wear that ceramic armor with pride running like a crazy man around the base killing enemies like Rambo with your assault rifle? (Yes, I know Rambo likes LMG's) Or do you prefer to shoot rockets at everything you see?

So the question is simple, how do you most commonly play Battlefield? I consider myself very team oriented. I don't go for the kills very often, but get lots of plants and defuses. I use the Engineer class a lot with loads of rockets. I wouldn't call myself tactical as I don't fear death.

Would definitely have to agree with Featherfoot... I mainly like to give support as Assault or Sniper, but change class as the tide of battle changes since this game is anything but static. Highly recommend such a strategy for all since the player and ultimately the team that is dynamic in their tactics will be the winner

I prefer shotgun sniping over everything. This allows me to C4 vehicles, and use my M93-R as an Uzi up close. I move up tactically on maps with cover, like Laguna, Valpriso, and Nelson Bay. On the open spammer maps with endless desert and water, I use C4 to end the map quickly, and shotty for pilots and snipers. I resort to AT Mines, and Sniper as a last resort.

I mainly play as a wookie picking off players. I usually mortar objectives that are in the open area after they have been planted and try to snipe defusers effienctly hoping for a swift win. When I am on the attack I like to get behind enemy lines with a SVU and pick off other snipers. When the situation calls I will switch to an engi *rarely* and blow up buildings

I play defensively pretty much 99.99999999999999999% of the time, no matter what class I use.

Offensive, Im the type of player who can hardly sit still and has to be moving. So I hate sniping and mostly use automatic/burst-fire weapons. These past few weeks I have mostly been playing Engineer just because I am trying to get Platinum with all the SMGs. All I have left is the 9A-91 and the SCAR which hopefully I can get soon then I think I will switch to the assault class to get Plat with the remaining Assault Rifles that I do now have Platinum with. And when I get to the Sniper Rifles, I will probably run around with red dot.

I'll play as any class depending on the need, but my preferred style is Assault all the way. I try to avoid using CG or RPG on anything but vehicles (and the occasional MCOM) so I don't usually pick engineer. I can't stand sitting at the back looking down a scope all day, so sniping is only something I do when the match is completely one-sided. Finally, medic is my preferred class in maps where there's a huge amount of choke-point deaths that I can jump in and revive to keep things moving.

i like to sneak around behind the other team's base and pick ppl off and if i get the chance i will try to destroy the objectives and/or tanks

I am a 50/50 player I think. I try to adapt to what the team needs and go there. Recently however on maps with ample woodlands I have been going Recon+SPAS+LW PACK+BODY AR. Favorite class is the medic though. Seems I can do the most for your team that way.

For me it really depends on the map and the team, map first. Certain maps I'm always an engineer, others medic or sniper, but more often than not I play assault w/ 870 and c4 backup. I love to shotgun snipe, catch people off guard, pick off campers after moving up, and c4 objectives. Of course, if the team is really really bad I'll do whatever I can to preserve my lousy K/D and objectives be damned.

Oh yeah, and there's that uav that I like as well. Fun to hide the uav and kill from where no one is looking for it.

I like sniping but I don't always hide in the back or stay in one spot. I play all kits besides medic and switch if we need a different class than what I'm playing.

I fill in the support roles that my team lacks. That's either engineer or medic.
