Need tips for getting a sixpack :)

Okey, you can't say this guy doesn't know anything about getting a six-pack..because he has a great body. Listen to him. Many others who have posted on this thread says the same thing. But he explains more. Enjoy.

Edit : I also want to say that.. If you wanna build the whole body aswell (like, have a great chest, good ceps, shoulders etc and a six-pack)..you should not start getting a six-pack. Because when you are building muscles, you need to eat much and very much carbohydrates and protein. When you do so, you will put much weight on, and your six-pack may disappear. I'm training fitness alot, and my tip is: Eat much carbo + protein while you're training fintess/mucles..then like 1-2 months before the summer vacation, you stop eating carbo and protein and start carbo training. Carbo = Intensive training for 30 min (Running fast, bicycling fast or something like that) and you also do crunches. You should also continue your body training, or you might loose muscles. This may been seen as trolling the thread :p but yeah, can't help it.. I love training fitness.

Honestly... if you want to get ripped, get p90x. My boyfriend has a 10 pack and is getting really big just from this program. Covers everything from cardio to weights, and even your diet... Plus there is a HUGE online community where people can motivate eachother and give eachother tips... and their suppliments are TOP of the line... Seriously check it out.

This may sound harsh, but I always thought working out was kind of silly. You could use the same amount of energy to actually accomplish something instead of "spinning your tires" to have muscle that's just for show. Plus, if you gain muscle by actually doing something constructive, you'll probably be able to make better use of the muscle; otherwise you'll look like a tank who can't actually do anything unless it involves special equipment in a gym.

There's a reason bodybuilders never mess with farm kids :P

Yes. No. Maybe?

Well anyways, getting a sixpack is fairly easy for me. All I did was drink protein shakes and do vigorous workouts. Usually Baseball for hours in my good ol' sandbox of a baseball field outside. The sand makes you have to run harder. And going to the pool, complete workout there. No shirt + NYY gold necklace + six pack and muscley chest + 59-fifty NYY hat = me at the pool.

I do a dailt routine in teh morning i wake up 30 push-ups 45 sit ups 30 crunches and i do 3 minutes of high knees. that worked for me. so hopefully it will work for you

EDIT: and eat good and exercise!

i drink beer and eat chips for my 6pac, hasnt ever changed since i got it ^_^

do like 100 bicycle crunches a day that should work those work best

Eat lots of protein, lift weights, and work out in as many ways as you can. Within a few months you'll have a six-pack.

Fatty method: Go to the store and buy 6 bags of Lays.

ive had a six pack for years........... i get one everyday from me local store on way home from work :)

no real work needed

six pack = low fat and tone. lifting weights = more muscle, same fat, same tone.

In my case having a six-pack isn't just for the show, it's my for self esteem.

I have a friend that uses that method and he has a 6 pack, he's in 10th grade. His older brother uses the same method and has an even more toned 6 pack since he's been using it longer. It seems to work for them.

I did forget to mention something though, when they're lifting weights, they're doing it at the same time they're doing sit ups. They hold a 25 lb. dumbbell in each hand behind their head. Makes it more challenging, I guess.

Thats like adding 50 pounds to your head. Thats what makes it more challenging.

getting a six pack to me is pretty rough. first i have to get up off the couch and get in my car. then i have to drive to the local liquor store. after that i am bombarded with at least 100 different six pack choices. then they expect me to pay for the six pack i have worked so hard to get. its ludicrous dude. but seriously do what all the other people are telling you to do. i am sure your hard work and determination will get you what you are looking for.
